20th Street Helping Oppressed People Everywhere (H.O.P.E.) House provides transitional housing and outreach services. Programs are available to assist drug and alcohol abusers, the homeless, HIV positive, mentally disabled persons, women with children, and low income families.

Hours:
8 am - 4 pm Mon - Fri

Eligibility Requirements:
Substance free for 30 days
